DESCRIPTION:Call for Artists to April 7\n \nWoody’s Restaurant\nMonterey Regional Airport\n200 Fred Kane Drive\nMonterey\, CA \nCCAA has a regular rotation of artwork exhibits in the very popular Woody’s restaurant at the airport in Monterey. Here’s a great opportunity to get a lot of folks to see your work\, both locals and travelers. Please submit up to 2 pieces for consideration\, no smaller than 12×12 and no larger than 18×24.  The submission fee is $10 for the first painting and $5 for the second. Paintings must be offered for sale there with a 25% commission to Woody’s.  \nIf selected\, drop off your work on April 13 or 14th 2-4pm only. DESCRIPTION:Paint-in/out at Moss Landing Marine Laboratory \nCCAA invites you to a very special opportunity to paint at the Moss Landing Marine Laboratories. In addition to wonderful painting opportunities\, there will be a tour of the facility. This facility is not open to the public so this is a unique chance to capture the scenery and learn about the school. \n10am to 2pm on March 6th\n$10 per person that will be a donation to the Marine Laboratories\n8272 Moss Landing Rd\, Moss Landing \n\nYou can paint on the outdoor deck overlooking the water with views all along the coast\, or indoors looking out or make use of the library of specimens. (NOTE: small amounts of solvents can be used OUTSIDE only.)\nSeals\, otters and birds in the estuary\nSkeleton specimens\nLarge library of books with illustrations\n\nThis event is limited to 20 participants. The faculty is locked\, so you must arrive on time\, at the request of the Laboratory to minimize disruption.
