Dany Galgani

A self-taught artist born near Paris, France and now living in California, I was already interested in auto racing before attending my first-ever race, the 1966 24 Hours of Le Mans, which prompted me to start painting race cars in action.

After a professional carrier in accounting, the emergence of computer graphics allowed me to become an illustrator/graphic designer, working first with advertising agencies and then later with super-computer companies.

Now retired, I decided to go back to the easel. From a realistic base, my artistic touch resides in the use of lights, reflections and speed effects.
