All requests to communicate with CCAA’s membership or to the broader community are reviewed, approved, and processed by CCAA’s Communications team. Only information specifically related to CCAA or to its members will be considered.

Promotions Request

CCAA Promotion Request Communications regarding CCAA events and information are to be requested via this form. Requests should be submitted at least 5 days prior to the initial publication date requested and received by the last day of the previous month.

For email announcements to CCAA members about events or opportunities sponsored by organizations or businesses other then CCAA:

  • . Participation by at least 3 CCAA artists is required
  • . For any one individual, organization or business, a maximum of 4 promotions per calendar year are permitted
  • . Promotion is limited to special events or opportunities; general promotion or information about an organization or business is not permitted.

Where, when, and how an item is promoted is at the discretion of the Communications team; you will be notified as to the disposition of and plan for your request. Note that CCAA Members may also request promotion of events and information relating specifically to that member, but these requests are subject to review by CCAA's Communications Director.
