Capturing light is my inspiration, whether painting still life, seascapes, or landscape. Light is changing and fleeting outdoors as we paint to capture that essence; whereas still life painting allows for a deeper dive into how light caresses objects, defining shapes, edges and then disappearing into shadow. I am blessed to see beauty and using light & paint, I desire to share that beauty that transcends, transforms, and inspires others to see the beauty in our every day surroundings.
